A charming black cardboard box, decorated with gold lettering and a phonograph illustration. This small advertising case was used to store needles for Zonophone record players, a pioneering brand created in Berlin in 1899 before being absorbed by The Gramophone Company (predecessor of EMI). The compartmentalized interior allowed for the separation of new and used needles.
