The mention of the "Main House" at numbers 31 and 35, as well as the numerous branches in Paris, the suburbs, and the provinces, testify to the commercial importance of this establishment at the end of the 19th century. The refined floral decoration and the central typography reflect a high level of graphic quality, typical of renowned confectionery houses.
