Manufactured around 1900-1905, these refills illustrate the industrial refinement of the German brand, a pioneer of the modern pencil since 1761. The printed label proudly mentions the Grand Prix de Paris 1900 and the Grand Prix Saint-Louis 1904 , symbols of the international prestige of the Faber company.
