A complete antique watchmaker's tray comprising forty-eight numbered glass tubes, sealed with their original cork stoppers and partially set with watch rubies. These tiny, deep red synthetic stones served as pivots for the axes of mechanical watches, reducing friction and ensuring the precision of the movements.
