A large 1911 planner that, through its handwritten accounts, recreates the daily life of a butcher shop during the Belle Époque. On the blue and red ruled pages, ink writing details the names of customers, quantities of meat, prices, and payments: roast veal, cutlets, legs of lamb, bacon, kidneys, and pieces for boiling follow one another in the columns. Notes on meat deliveries and account balances complete these daily entries. With its narrow and elongated format, its dark cloth cover, and its gilded title "Agenda 1911", this fully used register offers a beautiful read for lovers of old papers, handwriting, and food trades.
