A large 1915 planner, entirely filled with the daily records of a butcher shop during the First World War. Throughout its blue-and-red ruled pages, ink entries detail customer names, cuts sold, quantities, and amounts due: beef, veal, pork, mutton, but also kid, offal, and salted bacon. Marginal notes also mention the receipt of letters, blending small glimpses of life with business accounts. Its dark cloth cover with the gold inscription "Agenda 1915" and its title page bearing the inscription "Au Grand Livre", E. Villoutreix in Saint-Junien, complete the charm of this handwritten ledger intended for collectors of old papers and culinary trades.
