Old amber glass pharmaceutical bottle from Pharmacie Centrale L. Laurent in Sainte-Menehould (Marne), a first-class pharmacist. It contained ambrette, a plant material from the seeds of hibiscus Abelmoschus moschatus, formerly used in pharmacy and perfumery for its characteristic musky scent. A beautiful testament to old officinal preparations with its original label and preserved antique contents.
