Quinine sulfate was a major pharmaceutical compound in the 19th century, extracted from cinchona bark and primarily used for its antimalarial and antipyretic properties. This bottle retains its original contents as well as its old stopper with a top guarantee seal from the Pharmacie Centrale de France.
