Old pharmaceutical bottle "Rénine (Kidney Powder)"

Vintage amber glass pharmacy bottle from the Laboratoires de l’Organotechnie Fito, directed by Doctor A. Badreau in Aubervilliers (Seine). It contained Renin (Kidney Powder), a preparation derived from organotherapy, a medical practice of the early 20th century that used extracts or powders of animal organs for therapeutic purposes before the development of modern pharmacology.

Beautiful example with its original blue label "Marque Fito déposée" and its preserved old stopper.
