This promotional item for the famous "Rob Roy Pens" steel nibs by the manufacturer Hinks, Wells & Co (Brussels depot) advertises "Postal delivery of 20 assorted nibs for 30 centimes". The central openwork heart-shaped cutout allows the object to be attached to sheets or to mark a page.
