Its printed decoration in brown and grey tones depicts a set of industrial buildings with tall chimneys, with small figures and horse-drawn carriages in the foreground. The scene is topped with a "Confiturerie" (Jam Factory) banner and framed by medals, accompanied by the inscription "Plusieurs Médailles" (Several Medals). Its stepped neck and the fineness of this architectural scene give it a unique presence in a collection of grocery ceramics or an antique kitchen decoration.
