Old small white ceramic pharmaceutical jar with its original crimped metal lid. It retains its red label "Extrait H.A. de Noix Vomique" as well as the regulatory mention "POISON". Manufactured for the company Darrasse Frères, an important Parisian drugstore and pharmacy located at 13 rue Pavée in Paris, it also has a handwritten laboratory label on the back dated 1935, testifying to its use in a pharmacy.
