The decoration depicts two significant industrial sites of the company: the La Villette factory in Paris and the factory with warehouses in Pantin, framed by floral motifs, with the sales outlets at 101 & 103 Boulevard de Sébastopol mentioned below. The Félix Potin establishment in Pantin was created starting in 1880 and included a vast warehouse, cellars, a laboratory, and a perfumery. The decoration, still very legible with its red, blue, brown, and green hues, offers a particularly evocative representation of the company's industrial development at the end of the 19th century.
