Antique circular wooden numbering machines, marked "Numéroteur Le 1900 – Déposé – Paris" (Numéroter Le 1900 – Registered – Paris). Each wheel features embossed characters (letters or numbers) arranged around the disc. This ingenious rotary system allowed for the manual composition of numbers or initials for printing. These models were used in printing houses and typesetting workshops in the early 20th century. Sold individually.
