A superb hand-blown demijohn, its glass a luminous blue-green with subtle turquoise highlights. Its irregular shape and thickened rim attest to the glassblower's craftsmanship. The presence of bubbles and imperfections within the glass is typical of southern French production at the turn of the 20th century. A simple yet elegant piece that beautifully captures the light.
