An old glass jar for displaying or selling solid Viandox broth, illustrated with a housewife in the midst of culinary preparation, an emblematic visual from 1930s food communication. The original lithographed label, still present, clearly mentions the Compagnie Française des Produits Liebig in La Courneuve, reinforcing the authenticity and dating of the piece. The mechanical closure system with a metal frame and rubber seal indicates both domestic and commercial use. Despite significant losses on the decoration, the whole retains a strong evocative power and a beautiful presence in a display cabinet or an old kitchen.
