The exterior decoration, dominated by a deep blue background enhanced with geometric Art Nouveau gold motifs, features an elegant symmetrical composition across all sides and the lid. The meticulous typography, blending thick and thin strokes, along with the stylized ornamentation, testifies to the graphic quality of late 19th-century food products. The lid retains its original twisted metal handle and a functional clasp, giving the box a highly desirable, both utilitarian and decorative, character.
