A round, lithographed tin box for the famous Nérand Fils Pectoral Lozenges, a pharmaceutical company established in Charost, Cher, active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The richly ornamented decoration, typical of the Belle Époque, combines cartouches, ribbons, and elegant typography on a gold background, with the inscription "Déposé" (Registered) and the printer's signature, Fer-Embal.
