An antique lithographed tin advertising box for the Ruelle & Lecocq chocolate factory. The decoration features a rich array of floral and arabesque motifs characteristic of the Art Nouveau style, with a central cartouche bearing the inscription "Chocolat Ruelle & Lecocq". The lid is adorned with an illustration of the factory accompanied by medals representing the awards received by the brand, all framed by a highly ornamental vegetal motif. The box retains its original metal handle, typical of chocolate boxes intended for transport or display in shops during the Belle Époque.
