Rare lithographed tin advertising box for "Diase Légumineuse" from Progil laboratories in Ris-Orangis. Its Art Deco design features a stylized athlete carrying a gigantic box of Diase, accompanied by the particularly evocative slogan "The best fuel for the human engine." Intended for feeding infants, children, adults, and the elderly, this diastatic product was part of the trend for fortifying and nutritional foods between the two world wars.
