Antique medical kit containing a Dr. Potain manual aspirator, used for medical punctures and aspiration in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The set includes a nickel-plated cylindrical syringe and a stopcock marked "Blacque," a set of metal cannulas of various sizes, and the original tubing, all presented in its original purple velvet-lined and padded case. An emblematic instrument of clinical medicine before the era of motorized devices, it was used particularly for thoracic and exploratory procedures.
