Old trade label intended for displaying prices in a shop window or on butcher's stalls. Made of synthetic material imitating ivory, it features the hand-painted inscription "Filet d'Agneau" (Lamb Fillet) as well as a rotating system allowing the price per kilo to be changed using several numbered discs. This type of sign was used in butcher shops and food markets during the first half of the 20th century.
