Original label indicating "Crystallized Guaiacol - chemically pure - Codex 1908", 15-gram packaging. Guaiacol was a compound used in pharmacy, particularly at the beginning of the 20th century, historically derived from wood creosote then chemically produced.
Beautiful bottle with its original contents still present, its old cork stopper and the Poulenc Frères label with the stamp "Fabrique de produits chimiques - Paris" (Chemicals Factory - Paris).
