Set of 7 antique pharmaceutical bottles (l18)

0,00 € Déjà adopté

Set of seven old transparent glass pharmacy bottles, small size, preserved with their original cork stoppers and handwritten or printed labels. The visible mentions - "Orchitine", "Ovarine", "Moelle", as well as "Moncourt" - refer to organotherapeutic and homeopathic preparations used at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries. These substances, derived from animal extracts (glands, tissues), were used in early experimental therapeutic approaches. The presence of granules in some bottles confirms their pharmaceutical use. This set is particularly evocative of ancient medical practices, with a strong historical and aesthetic dimension.
