Set of five translucent glass laboratory vials, preserved with their original stoppers (cork and one screwed metal stopper), containing ancient powdery substances. The handwritten labels mention preparations related to biological and medical experimentation: "Healthy sheep facial nerve", "adrenal capsules A. Moncourt at 3rd centesimal", "Lactose impregnated with medication", as well as references to serums and animal samples (sheep, guinea pig), dated around 1910. This set illustrates pharmaceutical and experimental practices of the early 20th century, particularly in the field of homeopathy, serotherapy and biological tests. A coherent and evocative set, ideal for a collection or a cabinet of curiosities.
