An original collection of handwritten and typed documents relating to the Ordinary General Meeting of May 16, 1905, of the company Léon Allart & Cie, active in the textile industry in Roubaix, Lodz (Poland), and Lods Welka (Russia). This collection includes: a handwritten balance sheet dated January 31, 1905; the managers' report presented to the meeting; a very legible, itemized balance sheet; several signed handwritten letters (including one on "Léon Allart & Cie" letterhead); and business correspondence addressed to Mr. Allart. A valuable record of the accounting and logistical operations of an international textile company at the dawn of the 20th century. In good overall condition, paper slightly yellowed, original cover annotated "D05-05".
