A superb handwritten herbarium, created in 1837 by Félicité d'Hoop , entitled "Herbarium Portatif – Tome premier" (Portable Herbarium – Volume One) . Preserved in its original red cardboard binding with a handwritten label, the work presents several dozen plates, each featuring a dried plant specimen, sometimes accompanied by a descriptive note or a name in Latin and French. Each page blends botany, meticulous calligraphy in brown ink, and delicate floral compositions, reflecting a pedagogical practice or scholarly pastime typical of the 19th century. Among the identified species are: Viburnum opulus , Phlox paniculata , Viola tricolor , Alyssum saxatile , Philadelphus coronarius , Lupinus varius , etc.
