A very small miniature advertising corkscrew, consisting of a helical steel worm and a circular metal band serving as a handle, covered with its original printed paper bearing the advertising slogan "Panopepton." This type of item was distributed as a promotional gadget in the early 20th century, often given away by commercial or pharmaceutical brands. Its compact design allowed for easy transport in a pocket or makeup bag, while the short worm ensured the opening of small bottles. An authentic example, preserved with its original paper and a patina consistent with its use.
