The illustrated side features a cherub holding a pot of cream, accompanied by slogans in French, Italian, and Spanish, reflecting the brand's export-oriented nature. This small promotional item was distributed as a free gift to female customers. It retains its original illustration under glass and its bevelled mirror on the reverse.
