Advertising card for "Adorine," a phosphate-enriched nutritional product touted as a "substantial, restorative, and easily digestible food." The message targets infants, convalescents, the elderly, and wet nurses, using language typical of the interwar period. The bright red background, enhanced with highly graphic white swirls, retains elements inspired by Art Nouveau, still popular in regional food advertisements of the 1920s and 1930s. Printed by A. Waton in Saint-Étienne, with embossed lettering visible on the back. Two hanging holes at the top; original cord still in place.
