A lithographed tin box for Miraton laxative pastilles, produced by pharmacist R. Soudan (48 rue d'Alésia, Paris 14th arrondissement) using salts from the Châtel-Guyon spring. The floral ornamentation and Art Nouveau typography highlight the red seal of the Miraton thermal establishment. A fine example of Belle Époque pharmaceutical packaging, blending medical aesthetics with French decorative design.
