A rare antique box of "Funetus" insecticide powder , sold for 5 francs and prepared by the chemist M. Legrand in Paris. It comes in a lithographed tin box with a central entomological illustration (bedbug) and precise information on the targeted pests: bedbugs, fleas, lice, mites, and butterflies. The box is still sealed with its original tamper-evident seal, an exceptional state of preservation for this type of toxic consumer product.
