A charming gilt bronze desk or service bell, finely openwork and decorated with a swan surrounded by foliate scrolls . The twisted handle terminates in a medallion adorned with the swan, a symbol of grace and elegance, a motif frequently used in Belle Époque decorative objects. The original inner clapper is still present, producing a clear and harmonious chime. The whole piece has a beautiful warm golden patina, typical of early 20th-century desk bronzes.
