A superb typeface from A. Botzum's Library of the House Painter , published by E. Thézard Fils in Dourdan. This decorative alphabet features 26 capital letters inspired by Gothic and Neoclassical styles, alternating red and black on an ochre background. Each character is embellished with lines, serifs, and ornaments typical of the late 19th century, designed to guide sign painters in the creation of signs and advertising panels. A composition that is both technically and aesthetically pleasing, emblematic of workshop typography.
