The text highlights the quality, competitive price and commercial success of the brand with the mention "5000 BABY bikes ride in Liège". The reverse, also painted, offers a direct sales commercial offer to cyclists. The execution technique, the irregularities of the line, the painted lines and the absence of visible mechanical printing argue in favor of a work entirely handmade, probably intended for a shop window or a bicycle sales point.
