Antique earthenware archer’s pitcher, with a contrasting decor mixing light blue lines and black sponge-painted bands. Its number 5, followed by a dot, stands out against a slightly shaded white background. A small pouring spout and a rounded handle complete this straight silhouette, characteristic of numbered pots from popular tradition. These pieces evoke the taverns and convivial tables of the past, where tableware accompanied gatherings and festivities. The irregularities in the decor and the marks of its festive past give it all its personality. A lovely collectible pitcher to display on a kitchen shelf or to pair with other antique earthenware.
