Sheet of 14 black wax seals - Coats of arms and ornaments

Antique board of fourteen black wax seals, gathering crowned shields and heraldic compositions in round, oval, or rectangular formats. One impression in the top row stands out with its chevron coat of arms surrounded by intricate decoration. Other seals feature beaded borders, scrolls, and ornaments whose reliefs are highlighted by the luster of the wax. Some are attached directly to the cardboard, while others rest on small papers accompanied by handwritten captions. A sober and graphic collection, to be framed or displayed in a cabinet of curiosities.
