Vintage board of fifteen wax seals, blending shades of bright red, burgundy, mauve, and black. Several impressions feature beautiful heraldic designs: crowned shields, impaled arms, birds flanking a coat of arms, and scrollwork ornaments. The large central red seal is particularly eye-catching with its two shields joined under a crown, while the impressions in the bottom row feature finely detailed compositions. The small paper backings and their handwritten annotations retain the charm of a patiently assembled collection. A decorative set to frame or display among curiosities and antique writing objects.
