Rectangular white enameled metal plate with a black border, bearing the inscriptions "Grand réservoir" (Large reservoir) and "Eau froide" (Cold water) in large capitals. It has two side fixing holes and the marking "Piollet-Marie & Leguerrier", accompanied by the address "7, rue de l’Aqueduc, Paris". Its sober design and patina give it a utilitarian character, to be integrated into an industrial decor or humorously repurposed near a bathtub, transformed for the occasion into a "large reservoir".
