Heart-shaped funerary plaque 1918

An old tombstone cut in the shape of a heart and engraved in memory of a woman who died in 1918 at the age of 78. The inscription, now partially erased, ends with the touching phrase "Regrets from her children." Its surface, deeply marked by time, gives it a unique presence, between a memorial object and a testimony to popular funerary art.
