An antique folding cardboard game board, illustrated and published by MD Paris towards the end of the 19th or very beginning of the 20th century. The board folds in half for storage in its original blue cardboard case, labeled "Jeu de l'Eden" (Game of Eden). The game uses a principle similar to race and center-entry games, reminiscent of simplified versions of Ludo. Each player chooses a color and must move their four pawns around the board before reaching the central "Eden." The iconography is typical of popular games of the Belle Époque, with its bold colors (red, green, yellow, blue) and decorative corner ornaments. The set includes the folding board and the original printed rules.
