Old white enameled earthenware mustard pot with the black inscription "MAILLE rue Violet 50, PARIS". This small model, with its baluster body and thick rolled collar, is characteristic of Maille's commercial containers from the 19th century. Its simple black stencil marking, combined with its beautiful cracked patina and exposed terracotta under the base, makes it a lovely old grocery item with a strong decorative presence.
