Old Vigneron Melun Pot "Jam Factory"

0,00 € Déjà adopté

Antique advertising jar in white enameled earthenware for the "Fabrique de Confitures" (Jam Factory) Vigneron in Melun. This variation features an elegant sepia brown printed decoration depicting a rich composition: a central motif of a bunch of grapes under the words "Pur Sucre & Fruits" (Pure Sugar & Fruits), framed by exhibition medals (Auxerre 1893, Besançon 1893, Belfort 1894). The highly detailed composition is completed by the large inscription "VIGNERON", the addresses of sales houses, factories, and warehouses, as well as the mention "Melun". A beautiful piece of antique grocery, particularly decorative due to its monochrome graphics and the meticulous typography of this Brie house.
