Sealed cosmetic jar "Crème Béatrice" - Harmelle Paris

Sealed cosmetic jar "Crème Béatrice" - Harmelle Paris

0,00 € Déjà adopté

Rare cosmetic advertising bottle, still sealed with its original guarantee band. This molded opaline glass presentation contained "Crème Béatrice," a facial cream marketed by the House of Harmelle in Paris. Its Art Nouveau decoration in brown, blue, and green hues is characteristic of perfumery and cosmetic products from the Belle Époque. The preservation of the original guarantee band and the sealed stopper is a major asset, as open examples are much more common than containers that have remained intact more than a century after their manufacture.

✦ Origin: Harmelle, Paris, France
✦ Estimated Period: Circa 1900-1915
✦ Dimensions: approx. 7.5x3cm
✦ Material: Molded opaline glass with original lithographed label
✦ Condition: Good overall condition. Complete bottle with stopper and original guarantee band still in place. Wear, rubbing, and small losses to the paper label. Unopened.

A fine example of Belle Époque Parisian cosmetics, particularly sought after when still retaining its original seal.
