A rare antique rectal injector, complete and in excellent condition, presented in its original tube with printed instructions. This patented medical device, called "Clysma Perrein," was intended for the mechanical treatment of constipation in children and adults. The set includes the functional flexible bulb, the blown glass nozzle, and the illustrated cardboard tube, bearing the inscription of Laboratoire Travaillé-Perrein, Doctor of Pharmacy, 28 rue Marceau in Angers. The iconography, typical of the Belle Époque, combines elegant typography and medical illustration, making this set a rare example of early 20th-century home medicine.
