Small advertising tin in the shape of a pocket watch, designed to hold "Wasmuth's Rings," a product marketed at the end of the 19th century for corns. The dial bears the slogan "Wasmuth's rings make corns disappear in 3 days"; on the reverse, an illustration of a foot accompanies the A. Wasmuth, Hamburg brand. The product is documented as early as 1894, the year the trademark was registered in France, which aligns with dating the box to the late 19th or early 20th century.
