Superb deep blue lithographed tin pharmaceutical box, featuring a refined typographical design characteristic of Belle Époque pharmaceutical products. It highlights antiseptic lozenges for throat ailments, with an explicit mention of cocaine, then used in medicine for its anesthetic properties. The monochrome graphics, more understated than polychrome versions, along with the presence of a central medallion and stylized floral motifs, give this model a particularly sought-after aesthetic. Visible wear, with chips and traces of oxidation, reinforces its authenticity and collectible interest.
