Typographic plate from the series "Letters and Signs" (2nd series) published around 1900 by H. Vial, successor to Ch. Juliot. This plate presents a complete alphabet accompanied by numbers, in a three-dimensional green and black style typical of Belle Époque commercial signage. The "Tailor" and "Ladies' Costumes" inserts demonstrate the graphic refinement intended for the windows of fashion workshops or couture houses.
