Vintage eye chart used in ophthalmology or optometry practices to measure visual acuity. This double-sided model features different lines of decreasing letters for long-distance reading tests, based on the principle of classic optometric charts inspired by the Snellen and inverse Monoyer scales. The whole is mounted in a metal frame with a pivoting wall system, allowing a complete 360° rotation of the panel. The device has two sides with different series of characters, typical of the professional equipment used in medical practices in the mid-20th century.
